<!-- Static sitemap for the apex marketing surface.

A sitemap is a statement of "these are the pages I want INDEXED" - not a
list of everything that exists. Only pages with genuine search intent
     belong here.

Deliberately EXCLUDED (they stay crawlable and footer-linked - crawlable is
not the same as indexed - they just aren't asking to rank):
/contact, /legal/* - nobody searches for them; listing them only made the
GSC coverage report permanently show unindexed
                             shortfalls, obscuring the real signal.
Also excluded, and additionally Disallowed in robots.txt:
       /play/add, /play/{shareCode} - capability-gated, unguessable links.
/api/* - JSON endpoints, nothing to index.

     The /about/* educator-intent landing page (promotion/README.md workstream 1)
IS listed: unlike /contact and /legal/*, it exists to be found. It can be
indexed because it declares its own <title>, meta description and canonical
     - TWICE over, deliberately: prerendered into a real static HTML file at
build time (vite.prerenderAbout.ts, seo/README.md T1), and again at render
time via `setPageMeta` (src/app/pageMeta.ts). The shell still hardcodes all
three to the homepage, so any page that does NOT opt in collapses into "/"
as a duplicate (the #864 trap). Never list a page here that doesn't pass
`canonicalPath`, and note the URL is listed WITHOUT a trailing slash - the
play target's `trailingSlash: false` makes that the form Hosting serves at
     200 and 301s the other to. -->
